Congratulations to our very own Ryan Russell for graduating from the
academy on February 4, 2015. Ryan started at CSUSM in 2005 as a CSO then
became a dispatcher at the department. CSUSM recognized his leadership
ability and made an investment in Ryan by putting him through the
academy. We are pleased to welcome him back to campus as an officer.
