Finance and Administration Services employees gathered
for a focus group meeting to discuss the four topics chosen as a result
of the Great Colleges to Work For Survey. The four topics that we’re
focusing on developing within our division include:
- Communication
- Networking
- Training & Professional Development
- Recognition
Each team gave a brief presentation on its topic
and FAS employees were encouraged to pick a topic that they would be
interested in providing feedback, ideas and solutions.
